i was cutting 1.80’s on BALD tires/loose tq arm/M6/no boost. i would say that isnt too bad you ever try launching a turbo car with a manual and no 2-step? was only what, ~.17 seconds behind ur slick/skinny/auto/pro tq arm/pro anti sway combo? hehehe. just messin. but with ur new found goodness, i’d expect some 1.4s outa you this year
look for some 1.6’s this year though ill be happy with that
anyways… i wouldnt have a problem with a 4 pt, but have been tring to decide on the sidebars… i dunno

:violin2: 2 tenths is alot on a launch, and I didnt have a turbo  You can do better than 1.6s, I was only stuck on them because of my converter and absence of n20 that day. If you would tie that car together with a cage and the rest of the suspension/tire you need, you could run the 9s you should be seeing. And I wanna see it!
A 6 point is a no brainer. What good does a 4 point do you turbo? It isnt IHRA or NHRA legal, it doesnt provide much roll over support, and gives you zero side protection. Get swingouts if you absolutely cant climb over the bar, but get atleast a 6 (make it an 8, no one is sitting in your back seat anyway). Drive it like a street car, build it like a race car.
