Calling computer gurus

well this has happened before but still not sure what to do.

i turned on my desktop…i think it was ad-aware asking to accept or block a few changes…i blocked one thinking nothing of it…then the next and one more…then realized this has happened before. I couldn’t get out of it…so just did a hard shut down. I am on the desktop now, and just about all my files on the computer have no associated program to open it with…exe files won’t open…reg files won’t open. Was going to trying a system restore…but won’t even let me get into that…again…it says no program associated to open this file. I was gonna go edit the resitry and try to fix things that way, but won’t let me open that either. So i’m at a loss on what to do. I was just gonna format the whole thing…or even try to repair it, but i can’t find my windows CD at the moment. Anybody know if there is anything else i can possibly do to fix this problem?

my friend bart is a genius, he fixes my pc all the time.(shit get fucked up from all the porn, ya know.) if u want pm me and ill give u his #. im sure hell do it real cheap.

^^ naw…i’m not tryin to have someone fix it for me…i dont think there is much i can do about this since i really can’t get into anything…

i’m probably just gonna format it

see if the programs even exist inthe explorer. if there gone then reformat otherwise youd have to relink every program to its sc.

Run http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

maybe.

See if you can boot to safe-mode with command prompt. If you can do that this article may just work.
