I have most of the parts and attempted to build it myself and failed.
Can anyone help me out?
i can build it but i am pretty busy, how can you confirm you failed, do you have a scope? if not you need to get one secondly if you do have a scope did you see and sort of duty cycle output?

No scope, it gave no out put at all so I assume it failed.
I still have my completed board.
