For 5+ years I used the LG vx8350. When the hinge would break or I’d crush the screen I’d buy more and build up ones from parts. Last March I got a smart phone and these are just sitting here. I have 9 that turned on and a few more in pieces. Along with a box of chargers and batteries.
Can I do any sweet hacks to these? Walkie talkies, remote video, etc???
I think maybe one or two would be ok to use as is but the rest have things wrong with them per my notes on each one.

I utilized an old Android for a while when I was selling Verizon hotspots. The phone was required to activate a line w/ unlimited data and then switch the sim card over to the hotspot device. These things sold for $800+ on ebay. I think Verizon started throttling them after a while, but for those who couldn’t get high speed internet in the sticks, these are great.
Sell them on eBay so people can do forensic recovery on the memory on them and recover nudes for 6+ years ago.

Exactly why I don’t want to sell them. Plus they are pretty close to being not usable
