I’ll try and make it short. My sister was waiting to turn into a parking space. The guy behind her started flipping out because he had to wait and couldn’t get around.
My sister leaves her car, he gets out of his and keys my sisters car! People seen him do it and called the cops! One of the people that called the cops read the guys license plate # to the cops (over the phone). When the cops get there, the bastard took off. The cop said the plate and car are registered in Ontario.
The cops told my sister “If we catch him at the border, do you want to prosecute?”. She said yes, but what if he squeaks by at the border? What next?

dont they take pictures of all the plates that cross the boarder? i remember seeing a wierd flash go off at the back of the cars in front of me, just before they enter the booth to get questioned before crossing the peace bridge, and assumed it was a camera for the plate…if that’s the case, there’s no way they could miss him…
