I just got a phone call on my cell from this number:

i was like …um too many numbers!! DO NOT WANT!
I answered, they hung up.
I put the number in google and only 1 result came up,

it’s a bunch of people reporting in that they just received calls from that number, all minutes before i did.
i called it back and it said the number is not reachable…
so i guess the do not call list doesn’t apply to international telemarketers?
