14.2 is 1 bar. Not 14.7.

Teeeee heee heee

You guys have to get some JDM guages yo!
BTW - That car is totally hot and I would definitely fuck it.
A factory F430 can do 0-60 in 3.9 seconds, this kit says 0-62 in 3.7? Maybe it further improves the massive 100+ power the car already has.
I think ~175K but you won’t be able to get it for close to that price with the price hikes.
edit:
490 bhp @ 8500 r vs. 636 @ 8200 … yikes
I think I’d take it over the Ford GT… cause its way sexier.
But with markups I will not be able to afford either.
get in line quick, the GT disappears next year because of new crash regulations in '06, and the (platform-sharing) shelby GR-1 isn’t going into production.
I love that car. man if I only had a spare heart or something to ebay.
You can live with only one kidney, lung and testicle. That should help to get you there.
The US sucks like that. I didn’t know other countries were having problems with those automobiles… so much in fact that they have to prevent awesome cars from making it over the border. WTF mate.
“oh my Gawd” were the words that came out of my mouth when seeing that!
:word: Completely different driving experience. I think motortrend has actually done a comparison of the ford GT vs. F430 (maybe it was another ferrari, I don’t remember), commenting that the ferrari was far more nimble than the ford but the GT simply had brutal torque. But what do I know, I’ve never gotten within a 100 foot radius to either car
yeah, I really wish there could be a way to skirt the regs by signing off on insurance or whatever, but IIRC the car was already in development when the regs were signed off.
remember the thread about the european pedestrian crash regs? that’s gonna fubar a lot of good looking designs and add even more weight to sports cars.
should just mandate parachute pants for peds. or maybe helicopter beanies to levitate over the crosswalks.
Yeah Jack, it the MARK-UP that inhibits us from purchasing these cars.
