First time I searched on “wrx” I got 4 hits, which I thought was crazy seeing as there are a few people on here with WRXs and STIs. Tried a second search on “wrx sti” and got about the same number of hits, but some different threads. Now after I post and then search, I get a gajillion hits, with the 1st thread on this topic showing up in the 1st page of results. :confused

:lol I did a search to find the other thread, to see who started it, and I got “Your search query didn’t return any matches.” Clicked search again on the same term, and bam! There are the results. Perhaps there’s some wobbly-ness going on with Shift’s search function?

Back on topic, I was nervous that Mitsubishi would pull this stunt when I purchased my Evo 8. Luckily, they put a MY between my '03 and the '05 MR. I was only slightly envious at that point, but when all the 6 speed tranny issues cropped up, I was glad I had my 5 speed.
