Car Help - V. >=35k

http://edbmw.com/blog/2007/06/28/bmw-135i-official-press-photos/

The powerful 135i Coupe features BMW’s twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine that produces 300 horsepower and an incredible 300 lb-ft of torque from as low as 1,400 rpm. With its direct piezo gasoline injectors, twin low-mass turbochargers and air-to-air intercooling, optimum performance and economy is achieved with no loss in engine response. For the 135i Coupe, acceleration from 0-62 mph is accomplished in 5.3 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph.

Damn I suck at the double posting recently. That said I’d be leaning towards to Volvo if you are looking from something fun, but not terribly flashy.

You think a 300hp TT BMW is going to be under 35K… really?

the 135i looks like a pretty good choice depending on cost

Jack the 335i starts at $38,900 so I think you will be able to buy them for 35k

According to this article they agree

Trailblazer SS …

Dont hate me cause i love them

4 corner bilsteins
AWD
LS2 … plenty -O- power
could poss. be a decent track truck they handle very well stock … plus they sell lots of aftermarket susp parts
must be turbo (says the wife)
Ok, I gotta ask… Why?

What’s so great about taking an underpowered engine and making it equal to a powerful engine by boosting it?

But if it has to be turbo, my vote goes to the 335i. Even removing that requirement that one would still be very high on my list.

Not sure what track he wants to be able to go on, but you’re not allowed to autocross SUV’s. Too easy to flip, kind of like 2007 Mini’s. :deadhorse2:

lol jon in a trailblazer… i’d rather get a bronco

bronco’s do not bode well for wives.

especially white ones

g35 with low miles + turbo kit ftw

335 sedan, no options, a little hustling at the dealer + euro delivery would put you at $35K

X…

:word: I’d take a V6 or V8 the same hp than a turbo 4 any day. Most turbo cars are pocket rockets or high end, not really in the entry luxury range.

what about a C-class? those are supercharged
