Car project,what would it be?

I already built this(back in '97): My '55 Willys CJ5
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v621/Southtowns27/Jeep/JeepFront.jpg
And now I’m working on this: '49 Chevy 3600 3/4 ton pickup
What I started with:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v621/Southtowns27/49%20Chevy/49pickup1.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v621/Southtowns27/49%20Chevy/IMG004.jpg you shouldn’t be able to see through the kick panel
As it is now:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v621/Southtowns27/49%20Chevy/100_4433.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v621/Southtowns27/49%20Chevy/100_4403.jpg
We had some delays, but should be in paint within the next 2 weeks

When the Chevy’s done, this is next: My fiance’s 1950 Dodge 1/2 ton pickup

you see all them timing chains???!?!? jesus

double edit! he has a viper package for 1500 hp, gotta call for pricing though

Finish my 70 Blazer. Idealy with a D60 front axle, 14bolt full floater rear, set of 38’s and all associated parts needed for the swap.

Something like this. From scratch. And probably with a BMW drivetrain.

If i was gonna do a swap, Id drop in the 5.4

I dont know whats different about the cobra motor vs PI motor.

I have to finish the project I have first, but a 240Z, clean E30, or a Locost would be sweet. Too many options!

For 18k you can have the SC 5.4 in the Shelby M-6007-C54*. Worth it, probably not. What’s the average price tag on a Terminator crate?

In all honesty, I need to finish the smiling car with paint, brake upgrade (larger discs all way round), and if I am up to it - install the GM 2.4 SC with an alky kit (but probably not because it would still be slow).

8k

Check out this project that someone in undertaking to make an S1 replica.

The carbon fibre work is amazing

Showroom stock CTS-V. A6 with paddle shifters. Smaller pulley. Intake. Exhaust. 100 shot. Tune. 700whp. Fantastic creature comforts but still a 10 second car and could kick ass around the track.

I’d also like to build a 427 block for my truck and beef the drivetrain up. People have them in the low 9’s in a damn SUV.

My dream build is a deafening old school Mopar, Challenger or Roadrunner.

A realistic build I would like to do is to drop the SRT4 drivetrain into my Neon when the motor pops.

Nothing too crazy.

j wheels, please explain how this would work? More so the ITB and TURBO part…

Mine would have to be an ls9 fd…

you would build a plenum around the velocity stacks.

ITB = independent throttle bodies.

edit: examples

Mine would be a Toyota Cressida

with this, a 2jz-gte vvti out of an Aristo:

^Looks like a BMW with a different front end.

Pretty much. I like to think of it as the granddaddy to the IS300.

Ahhh boardjnky. Would make more sense to do a SMI manifold but I guess that’s neither here or there for this thread. Pretty interesting cars so far…

something like that…

1969 Chevelle SS; Pro-Touring chassis setup; TT BBC

white NSX-R conversion
haven’t specced out the build yet but a FI setup ~500whp would be nice
