Both driver and passenger died instantly, they say alcohol and speed were involved.

The wreck on the flatbed doesn’t look like the split wreck in the picture, which seems wierd how the car split in half like that but structurally the front end and everything else remained intact?
Mythbusters tried the split with a plow and weren’t successful, this was with a damn tree.
A guy at work here is a fireman for Clifton park. a few years ago he went to a crash, a red honda civic, kid lost it and clipped a tree. From the firewall and front floor pans forward it split in 2, and the motor drove the front clip away from the impact 150 feet down the road. Its like they never welded the spot welds at the seams. The pics he showed me only a hand full of the pinch welds you can see were ripped, the rest was all seam seal!
Kid was leaning against the rear half of the car waiting, not a scratch on it.
