I didn’t see you then. We are thinking of two different people in a similar time frame. I had stickers on my car and a Silvia badge on the back. The car I saw had rust over the left rear quarter near the wheel well, stick rims, Zenki front end. This person passed my friend in the 4 dr R32 after before the Teston exit.

Spotted a black Kouki S14 going down lakeshore blvd at around 4-5pm today. I was in a red Miata. We spotted you initially at the intersection on Polson street. The car was driven by a Luis-looking guy (no word of a lie)
Also spotted this gay Panda-style Volkswagen S13 or someshit… Stiky and I were cruising around and saw this car in some random parking lot 
We thoroughly checked it out and noted that it was owned by some Filipino guy who drives barefoot (flip Bunta?), and also noted that he’s the owner of the fabled ‘center piece’ that Luis is in search of.
