Hey guys. I just picked up my carbon fibre hood from Quincy. It shipped in perfect condition and looks great. The hood pins didn’t come yet because the guy forgot to ship them or something. They should be here in the next two weeks. Quincy was a great seller and I would definatly buy from him again. Thanks alot Quincy. Here are some pics of the hood.
Any idea how much this weighs vs the stock hood?

usually theyre about 1/4th the weight. my cf is about 17/18 pounds while the stock one is like 70 or something… i cant remember exactly what the numbers were but its in that range.
a stock hood weights at the very most 40 lbs.
considering i can pick up 2 at a time and im not a big guy i dont think theyre 70 a piece…
id also say your carbon hood is in the 12 to 15 lb range… unless its poorly made. or is thicker than stock i dont think it would be more

I too just want ot thank Quincy. I picked up the hood last night and it is immaculate. VERY happy with the buy, Quincy’s a great seller and everything worked out great.

Unless he paid $2000 for it, its like every other hood and is CF overlayed on FG…
