Cell phone jammer

I’m tempted to buy this and mount it in my car. It would be fun to watch all the assholes talking and driving trying to figure out why their phone suddenly stopped working.

I need one of these but 40 feet is not big enough.
Where can I get one that covers about 400 feet?
If I use it on private property I am guessing it is legal.
