Cell Phone N3rds: Backing up phonebook?

So I just got a new phone and want to copy my phonebook over without having to dick around with retyping. Old phone = Crapola Razr, new phone = Samsung D900.

I would think the easiest way would be just to store everything on the Sim card and flip it over, however all my entries are currently stored on the phone, any way to copy them to the sim for easy transfer?

If you have verizon you can set up your phone to automatically backup to their website, and then you can manage your contacts online and send them to your phone (or a new phone).

edit- just noticed you had a sim card, so I assume you dont have verizon.

you can buy a sim copier on ebay and a spare sim.

Copied them all, but they show up 4 times, shows phone copy of #, sim card copy of # and then lists each number as its own entry i nstead of 1 name, scroll through the possible #s… guess I could read the manual.
