hey guys, just wondering where everyone goes to get their flywheels resurfaced, never really had to do it, but i figured it will be cheaper hopefully than buying a new one. its for a 98 civic ex tranny, got a new clutch, and now cant really go any farther until i resurface the flywheel, just seeing if anyone recommends a shop that does good work cheap. thanks guys!
Theres a place right off walden near the thruway.I cant think of the name but he was real cheap

Dood does good work. Stone grinds the ish too like its supposed to be, not milled like a lot of places do.
Not sure how much he charges though.
hey thanks everybody, im going to call these places now and see whats up
just a little update…went to aamco to get it resurfaced and they were honest with me, it didnt really need to be…they just scuffed it up a bit for me for free…i thought it looked to be in pretty great shape, guess the clutch was done before in my car
hopefully the flywheel was machined flat from the factory. ive seen some ones machined with a taper towards the center for smooth clutch engagement. when you have one of those, it HAS to be remachined or the clutch will slip when extra power is applied.
