Where would you guys recommend I take a flywheel to get resurfaced? And how much does it usually cost anyway?

buy a new lightened flywheel.

Cost about 30-40 bucks.
They will actually grind them and not put them on a Lathe. A lathe will sometimes give you an inconsistant surface depending on how much heat was in there.

And I thought about a lightened flywheel but decided against it since I’m just doing the clutch replacement out of necessity, and the fact that I plan to trade up for a CA.

There was also a place I went on a saturday as they were the only people available to do a fly wheel when I did my clutch.
I think they were called EC automotive. I think…if that is them, the guys there were pretty cool. Only wanted 25 at the time.
