Halloween No Treat For Pittsburgh Drunk Drivers

PITTSBURGH – Halloween is supposed to be fun and games.
A scary statistic could bring that to a crashing halt.
According to data compiled by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), motorists are at greater risk of being killed in an alcohol-related crash during Halloween than New Year’s.
The PennDOT Highway Safety Team Region 6 will enforce Halloween Mobilization, a sobriety checkpoint project, from Oct. 27 to 31 in the following locations:
