Christmas tree hugger lights

Last year I tried to buy LED Christmas lights locally but, I couldn’t find them.
One of the nice things about them is they last for thousands or even hundreds of thousands of hours.
The other nice thing about them is the tree hugger factor; They use very, very, little energy.
Here is a comparison…
600 LED lights use $.45 of energy per month at 6 hours a day usage.
600 electric mini lights use $6.00 per month at 6 hours a day usage.
600 electric C7 lights use $31.30 per month at 6 hours a day usage.

Does anyone know where to get these locally?
I was somewhat surprised no local stores had them last year because it seems like a no brainer to me.
Why buy lights that are sure to fail and suck lots o energy at the same time?
I predict that all Christmas lights will be LED very soon.(But what do I know?)

Not that I’ve ever looked, but I’ve never even heard of LED Christmas lights. That would be the best thing since lights that aren’t wired in series…

I ordered some from www.christmaslightsetc.com but they haven’t arrived yet.
I was hoping to find some locally so I could inspect the different styles etc.

You can also buy LED “rope lights”.
A 150’ set is about $600.00!!!
No thanks, I will stick to the regular LED Christmas lights.:biglaugh:
