For anyone still on the fence…I had Alex look at my Fiancé’s house last night. We were under the impression that we needed more work done than the final quote we received. One of the reasons is that the front dining room has the largest window in the house which did not open properly. We figured we would have to get that window replaced. Alex looked at it and was able to assess in a matter of less than a minute that the window was indeed fine and just needed to be adjusted…not only did I not even know that the window could be adjusted but he was able to fix it while doing his estimate. He saved me easily $1,000 bucks on one window.
Alex is not the guy looking to take your money. He offers a service and a high quality product. I have been back to him for 5 projects now and never hesitate to send him more customers.
I will certainly post another thread once all the work is done; which is quite a bit, 5 windows and 3 doors if I remember correctly, considering the house is ~1,000 sq-ft. FYI, this house is in Tonawanda and will be for sale this year (shameless plug).
