ok so im about to change my clutch because everytime i rev higher about 4000 and up it makes a grinding noise and it is very loud…now the question is could it be my clutch or do i need to change the whole tranny?
my pedal feels normal and also when im in 4th or 5th the acceleration is not constant like it whould go from 3000 to 4000 and when it would get close to 5000 it would go down a little and then continue and keep going up and down it is not very noticeable but if you are paying attention you can see it…this problem came at the same time with the grinding noises

sounds like it could be a bad release bearing. that bearing will be assembled with your clutch fork that sits in the bellhousing of the tranny.
if you clutch in, you shouldn’t notice much noise, but if it’s getting bad you’ll hear it even at idle with the clutch out.
