You could try some polish made to fill in the swirls but chances are they’re too deep.

Did you mean swirl marks or cobwebs like crackled paint?
Gotta expect some swirling on a car that’s older than you are…
yes especially if hte paint is that old too.
just needs a great buff job. that will hide or eliminate alot of that stuff.
