Coliseum Auto SAles

yup plus tax man

yikes, i hope she treats you well
i dont like the sounds of it drinking gas and the service light being on!

you should have had them fix that for part of the sale!

lol the service light was my own fault i unglpugged the maf sensor and the gas iuno im having it checked out lol

go back immediately and complain.

say the words lawyer, police, and or report, and try to talk him into paying you the money it will most likely cost you to bring the car up to the standards that it was falsely sold as having.

the bastards… Im convinced now, sorry for trying to fight it everyone lol

Ya on the test drive with my car (diffrent “shady” dealer) I noticed the passenger front wheel bearing was noisey, the abs light was on, the fan only worked on settings 1 and 4 and the rear struts were toast. I told them I wanted all those things fixed and new brake pads before I would give them a deposit.

Came back a week later and this is what I got, they got a wheel bearing from a parts place and installed it, fan thing was fixed, ac was recharged but later leaked due to a faulty seal, the abs light was off but I later found out they just removed the bulb and they replaced the rear struts with new AGX2 like I requested. I was not thrilled about the ABS but meh I got my car for 5000 95 white LE so cant complain.

You can go to the police and say that you were taken by them but I dunno they might say you were not being a responsible buyer without telling them to fix these problems from a test drive. If you can find the origional add for the car from autotrader(call them and ask if you can get it) and it dose not state these problems and they did not state them to you at the time of sale then you might be able to go after them for the repairs needed at a shop of your choice.

man, for that much you could have gotten a skyline… a gts-t one that’s in mint condition…

but if you are happy with the purchase, then who am I to say anything

I too bought my car at Coliseum overall the car is in good condition few dents and scratches but its a 95 car thats expected the only glitch so far is the factory CD player doesnt work , should they replace it?
everything else is good, he told me he just replaced the tires and brakes they looked pretty new to me

i guess im crazy for not taking it for a test drive nothng lol
i saw the car I luved it, liked the color, the leather seats were nice, moonroof worked and i bought it the same day
cash…

Your crazy. No test drive??

C’mon man, didn’t you know the best way to buy a used car is at night, in the dark, in the rain and all judged based on a 35km/h driveby you did on the car?

Ehhh … yeah. Ok, I paid big time for that one.

But it just goes to show, if you aren’t cometent enough to assess a car, why are you willing to shell out major coin? If you can’t figure it out, pay the $50 to get someone to check it out for you.

Used car dealerships are almost ALL shady. You’d think you would have caught on to the fact that “used car salesman” is reserved for the dirtiest, sleaziest slams. Christ, have you ever been to that huge indoor lot just off the Queensway (north towards North Queen, can’t remember the street). They have over 100 cars in the showroom for silly low prices. Me and Danner walked through there, just killing ourselves laughing. EVERY car was a quickie collision repair. Some places you could even see the repairs already falling off. Everything was badly resprayed, colors rarely matched, body panels didn’t line up, overspray on the windshield, etc etc.

They had a bunch of tables set up for the salesmen, and they were just lining people up like cattle, I can’t remember what it was specifically, but you got some kind of free gift with the car. And they were moving a lot of cars.

Life’s tough when you’re stupid

:dunno:

thats what he originally wanted as well. hahah.

But that Coliseum place is squirrily, they tried selling me a car w/ 92,000 km’s on the odo, & 450,000 on the used car package…

why not report it?
