Wait so I just got the MAV not to long ago. How do you use it to get up on top of buildings?
Deploy MAV, Hit E, Jump on MAV and lay down, cycle through to take control of the MAV again, tap space bar to go up on onto the roof, Hit E again, Then R to pick backup. Also make sure you have spawn beacon equipped. Thats if ya wanna do it by yourself. Otherwise you can hop on somebody elses MAV and have them fly you.

Just gotta do it while nobody is around. That stupid MAV is noisy as hell.
Me either I still don’t know how to fly it properly. Once I get it up I can’t get it down. Whats the default key associated with going down?
Also say you want to stop using it, how do you get out of the MAV view, LMB does nothing for me and neither does Esc.
Default down is L-Ctrl and to get out of the MAV view it’s E

Theoretically, can you take off from the carrier on the MAV and make it to shore… on (insert any carrier map here)?
Theoretically…yes. I’ve surfed around karkand before. But any really quick moves knock you off. Gotta be steady, doubt you’d make it inland from the carrier. lol
+1 If you don’t keep it steady just going up and down you can fall off.

I couldnt get the MAV thing to work, i got on it but couldnt get back to controlling it after I left it just wanted me to place a new one
You were most likely getting supplies from somewhere then, so you always had a new one rather than being able to control the old one. Same thing happens with the SOFLAM
Will C4, ammo and med packs stick to it? I have to ask the questions because I don’t have 100 hours into the game yet.

Put C4 on UAV, fly up high, wait for helo or plane to pass…BOOM.
Or fly it to the carrier and blow up some shit there, or wherever. lol.
I was doing Jihad Jeeps before they were cool. I stick C4 to everything.
Nothing sticks to the MAV’s. However if you drop your MAV into the front window of a chopper or a jet the chopper or jet become disabled. lol

My favorite thing to do these days with Support is put 5 packs of C4 on the front of a jeep, ram it into an unsuspecting tank, jump out and detonate. Always kills at least one if not two people.
