It wasn’t set up, I was scoping out the ridge line on Bandar Desert. I was at the mountain post and saw something weird wayyyyyy away near the opposition ship. I set up my bi-pod on the M98 and estimated my shot according to the closest base (about 700m). Using that reference I used the marks on my scope, lined up and fired a shot at him (he was prone and spotting our tanks with his scanner thing). The shot went about 10m high, he moved over about 5-6m and layed down again. I was adjusted, fired and BOOM!

He asked me where I was and when I told him he said he nearly shat his pants.

Sniping is all about estimating range. Reference points (known positions) help out HUGE.

No JNG? That’s my new favorite rifle after retiring the L96. Lots of power, minimal bullet drop. Haven’t gone for a far snipe yet

JNG has more bullet drop than the M98, it’s great for mid range though.

Just stay at least a mile away from me and you’re good lol.

My longest moving target kill was around 900m, it gets really difficult at range because of slight elevation changes I can’t see.

Played two rounds of TDM last night. All I did was use the MAV and spot people. Then I discovered you can blow up enemy claymores and mines with it. I killed 4 guys by blowing up there own claymore. I also got 45 Surveillance ribbons in one round.

I just want to express my frustration for hacks in this game on PC. I have been on a ton of servers where people have insane K/D ratios with aircraft making impossible shots. I just left a server where a guy in a rush map was devastating everyone with a pistol. head shot head shot head shot

don’t play soft servers. I play strictly on HC servers and have maybe come across hackers 2-3 times. That’s why when we all get on we just hang in our own server and not have to worry about it.
