I made the video in movie maker, and it didn’t spit out the video in a raw uncompressed format. So part of the shittiness is that. I’d like to do a PC rebuild but I don’t have $1800
The artifacting you see is from movie maker, Not sure if people realize that sometimes graphic issues can stem from processors as well.
I’ll likely have to play this on low settings, but it’s still amazing.
Or just buy a PS4 for $400

No way. Scaled down map sizes, loss of features…pfft My PS3 would collect dust if it wasn’t for the occasional Netflix.
Also the battlelog app is available for Android, you can change your loadouts on the fly and they update in real time.
PS4 should match the PC setup perfectly was my understanding…
Hasn’t in all the past games, could change I suppose. Still limited hardware wise.
Don’t know if I reached an age where standing outside at midnight to pick up BF4 is awkward.
Either way BF4 for PS3 is out tomorrow

I just ordered it and starting the download now. Grabbed that $10 extra Digital Deluxe package because it apparently gives you ALL the vehicle upgrades right from the start… that could be a huge advantage!

Yeah I bought the fucking upgrade thing too. I already have everything unlocked in BF3, over 500 kills with 60+ weapons, multiples with thousands, almost every medal, multiple ribbons, dog tags, etc.
I have my copy preloaded as well. I was going to play at midnight today (29th) but I’ll probably take it for a spin when I get home. I really need a better rig to run this. I am currently running on a PC that I overbuilt for BF2. It has both DDR2 and DDR3 RAM slots because DDR3 was new at the time. Video card is decent GTX 285 and the processor is a higher end quad core before the i series came out. Anyone want to give me $1800?

Played 5min of single player last night… holy crap it runs slow on my machine. I’m going to mess around a bit more later, but the lowest settings appear to be much higher than in BF3.
Time to get a console
