Compressed Natural Gas Silverado

pros … cost per gallon

cons … multi million dollar filling stations
time it takes to fill
cant be that good if even the gas company stop running their trucks on it
IF … and thats a big if … it even becomes popular … national fuel WILL spike the price of cng

we have a multi million dollar fueling station at my garage … it used to take 30 min to fill a bus compared to 2 mins with diesel … and they MUST be fueled outside and buses stored outside … they are talking propaganda bullshit again about getting new CNG shit … witch would mean a new pumping station ( cause ours was outdated 4 minutes after it was installed) … but dont worry its only YOUR tax dollars that will pay for the station and buses … around 10 million of those dollars … ha ha … then we will uses it for about a year … let the equipment fall into disrepair … then the shit just gets sold at auction …

look at it this way … when national fuel stops using it … doesnt that tell ya something

we are in the process of going back to CNG vans. We have a couple on the road now

Cng van for my route would defiantly be a good idea!

Only takes about 2 minutes to fill up, they have 3000psi reservoirs always ready to go. I once filled up a CNG civic right after a big van, still only took 2 minutes

Daimler Buses North America (near Utica, NY) is having an auction for anyone who wants to buy a Natural gas filling station.
