ok that sound cable coming from your monitor’s speakers? plug it into the SAME port in the back of your computer that you used with your headphones.
OR into a walkman/cd player and test that too. (note: walkman must be powered on as well as your speakers)
different ports/connections… i think im just gonna buy a set of cheap speakers, that will plug into the headphone jack with adjustable knob on them…
your monitor’s speakers won’t plug into the headphone port on the soundcard? should be the same connection. got name/brand/model #s of monitor+speakers? we can look it up online… or post a pic
