My Dell laptop is in need of some love…who all is around that really knows there shit?!

Re-install OS is always a good thing.
If theres nothing on there thats of real importance +1 for what shawn said, just reinstall the OS, I reinstall mine every 6 months or so just to keep things fresh cause im always trying new programs and things out for work or personal use. If there things in need of a backup go out and get yourself an external hard drive or use DVD’s and use windows backup software, or the backup software that usualy comes with the external hard drives. We use maxtor one touch 4’s here at work for some of our staffs backups
