My fathers laptop won’t turn on, and I’m in the middle of a move so I’d like to have someone look at it. Most importantly I’d like the HDD backed up first, then a clean install of windows installed with no bloatware. I can look online for someplace with good reviews, but I’d rather hear from someone here if they can suggest someone/someplace good. Backing up the data is most important here.
