Computer speakers

I am in search of computer speakers with some really great sound. I would like to spend no more than $150.

2.1 speakers is pref, just because 5.1 would clutter up desk space.
I was looking at the JBL spot just bc they sounded good in target, but for $130 i feel as if i could do way better. They did match my ibook so that was a plus though haha. so white speakers is a pref but unlikely bc there isnt much out there.

Any ideas?

klipsch 2.1… thats whats on my desk at work and they work well.

Klipsch makes (or made, I haven’t had any in a LONG time) superior computer speakers. I’d buy a set again for casual listening if I needed some.

150 bucks will get you alot of speakers… these fucking rule, but are 5.1

Try Altec lansing, I got a nice 2.1 set and they sound very clean.

i got some logitech thx speakers 2.1, they sound great.

In terms of bang for the buck almost any Logitech 2.1 system is excellent. :tup:
