i dont no much at all about computers but need something that can run the software i need for school… here are hte specs i have off the companies website

basically im wondering if you guys could help me get an idea of how much something with all this should cost and if anyones got anything they are looking to get rid of with these kind of specs…any help would be great, thanks

Don’t waste your money on used. Buy something new from Best Buy. Those specs are pretty basic in today’s world so you can get a decent laptop new for $500-700

techbargains.com posts all the dell deals.

They usually have desktop deals for $400-$500 with a monitor.

Those are pretty low specs, anything within the past 5 years should suffice for that. If you aren’t afraid of building your own then I’d suggest that. What kinda budget are we looking at here?

I just ordered a bare bones kit off tigerdirect and I think my roomate is going to help me throw in a hdd and the ram so I should have a real nice setup for around 400

I realized that he probably wants a laptop. My bad for not reading the thing thoroughly. The RAM and the HDD are the easiest parts of a computer.
