i trimmed this thread a bit, i’m also uploading pics of a couple cars i have that i would like to enter into the contest. i’ll have them up in a few minutes…
they are parts cars but not necessarily rusted out, one was an accident car that has been parted out about as far as you can… you’ll see what i mean in a minute.
Here is a car i bought for $500 of a friend from university’s brother.
i put 28,000 km’s on it and changed the oil once… it was still getting 600km’s to a tank when it started to die… this is its current state of affairs… and yeah i knew the kind of shape it was in when i was driving…
here is the driver’s side frame rail: Nacceee?
but wait… check out the passenger side frame rail:

passenger side floor
soooo… anyone want a project chassis?..lol… still got a motor and tranny in it.
here is my coupe parts car, i paid $5600 for this like 4 years ago, then i ditched it getting sideways and parted it out.
we removed the motor and every other part of this car right where it is sitting in this pic.
Hector and Derian and Brett came down a few times to cut out the rear quarter, take the subframe, front suspension, and more.
mike (Doba) cut the roof out when i was out of town and left $25 for my mommy… she never gave it to me…lol
i still have a rear windshield and a rear bumper though… i dont wanna let this thing go.
i think Cahill got the bumper, Jantos smashed the windshield etc. etc… the car has been touched by the loving hands of many.
your rear end never broke traction man, I watched the whole thing happen while you were 15 feet infront of me… then 15 feet beside and 4 feet down from me, then behind me… and then drive behind you while sucking all of that super rich exhaust and passing by about 4 cruisers (wilst you having no brakes either).
lol…yes it was almost 100% understeer on the gravel.
driving home with a whole IC pipe broken clean off and no TC rod on the passenger side was pretty fun… kinda hard to believe i drove like 5km’s like that through the city.
here ya go, dont really have many pics left of the old girl, but i rebuilt this one from the ground up the entire thing looked like the engine bay did.
cleaned up…
no matter how rotten something is, it can be fixed.
