drove his own truck, and road my ass then got beside me and said pull then “fuck over motherfucker” i dont care about the ticket i care about the points , im going to plead guilty for a lesser charge

there were a couple guys running around Pittsburgh, pulling folks over and robbing them.
In the Commonwealth of PA, if you have an ACT 120 MPO cert, it holds commonwealthwide, if you are a little borough cop from Etna you can arrest somebody in Philadelphia if you see a law being violated, in fact it is your duty. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
