I’m much more impressed with the system that discharges an electrical surge causing the car to die. It fires out from the front of the police car pretty much the same way.
The big problem I see with this system is you’re assuming the guy will slow down and become “safe” once the cops back off.
And what Walter mentioned. By the time the cop catches up when the guy stops chances are the driver is long gone. Especially when he sees the monster GPS tracker stuck to his car.
