I have plenty of money invested elsewhere which is ‘appreciating’ a shit ton more than a house would be right now. When my lease is up at my apartment, I will be getting a house built since I sitll have yet to find the perfect house and location for myself… I fail to see why so many people try to butt in on others’ financial situations, when it is none of their business…
