I’m going through this car and taking care of all the minor issues with it, as well as adding a few touches here and there. Replacing all missing hardware, recoating(anodizing) the valve and coil covers back to stock red candy color, routing vacuum lines differently, etc, etc. Removing 18mm bolts from vent lines where noted…There’s just a handful of cosmetic and minor mech things that just don’t sit well with myself or Cossey and they’re all being addressed in one manner or another.
The catch can system is my triple chamber baffled design, vacuum loop, air/oil separator. Complete PCV function and aside from running a dry sump with vacuum pump it doesn’t get more functional. They’re always made to fit specific per each vehicle so it’s nothing I sell outright as a kit but I am contemplating it for this chassis.
Gearbox…it’s getting a slight rework. New input shaft will be treated accordingly, and the new clutch IS a sprung design the aid in preventing this from happening again. If Cossey starts shooting for the stars with this car and plans over 600wheel at some point, OS Giken or some custom machined bits from me will be in his future for certain.
