Cost of adding Forced Heat and central AC

Hey guys,

Looking into a really nice house, BUT it currently has electric base heat and window a/c. I wouldn’t mind cutting some ceiling/wall holes for duct work, But I cant really seem to find an average cost. Im just looking for good reliable equipment, I am not really a veteran home fixer upper so I dont know how much or where to look.

Any one add to a home before and willing to give me a cost ??

with parts and labor for the furnace and ac plus all the duct work i would guess you would be looking to pay 7500+

my brother in law does hvac and duct work is really expensive he told me just to find a house with forced air and fix it if needed
