I just had a feeling there was something being left out, so I start doing a little searching and find this:

CNN convieniently left out this part about “the very good kid” as their article referred to him as.
According to Frederick County Circuit Court records, Gray was serving two years and six months of supervised probation stemming from charges of second-degree assault and resisting arrest in November 2006.
When the toxicology tests come back in several weeks if they find some drug in his system that caused his death I’m sure CNN will convieniently forget to update the story as well.
