dropped my tank cause it leaked, got a new one.
swapped pumps from a 190 to a 255.
made pickup to keep as much volume possible for feed and return line without over killing it. I want to keep a stock pump for a couple reasons.
clean install
barely any pump noise
works flawlessly
cheap
it took a little futzin to get right but i have everything lined up and feels solid. Sorry for the pics, this camera was the best thing out, 5 years ago. lol. seems to focus good on everything but what i want it to
Tomorrow morning ill go to Ferrys and get the two fittings that will connect the compression fitting to a -6 male so i can connect my fuel lines.
removed old lines, drilled out holes
made new lines
started tacking together
Got Flow?
Together
dont worry about the connectors, they shouldnt touch
I already got 500 bucks worth the fittings and lines from Ferrys, so now my car will be legit for tech. instead of 30 feet of rubber hose
next will be fuel and trans lines.
Also I had to pull the motor and tranny out in order to drop the gas tank… =]. As i keep doing things ill keep throwing up pics and little write ups
Nice  good idea on those lines. It’s a lot better than buying the pre-made pump setup like that for $130. This car defies all logic with that fuel system lol. Did you solder those on? If you need something welded call me, I have been practicing a lot.
Im guessing your going with a warlbro 255? I just wanted to let you know that the warlbro for the turbo buicks arent lasting very long, they have had alot of them failing within 1 yr,may not apply to the ford ones.Alot of people are going with the denso toyota supra twinturbo pumps instead.
