Suck.
So I was sitting at my desk today around 4:00 talking with 2toneishot, when all of the sudden we hear my alarm going off. we run out to find some genius climbing out of my car and running down the street… after a few blocks of chasing, the guy finally drops the stuff he took from my car and ran off to whatever crack house he crawled out from…
this guy ended up stealing an ipod (that didnt work) and a penguin ticket laying on the floor(from a game on october 19th)… and then dropping them anyway. i guess i’m the dumbass for not hiding it well enough, i guess i never thought that old beat up ipod would be worth someone trying to break into a car in broad day light for.
when i went to report this incident at the police station they informed me that a guy with the same description had broken into one of the police officers cars this weekend by the same method. it was pretty funny, they all grabbed taser’s and night sticks and were out the door before i could even finish giving a description. unfortunately, they didnt catch the guy, but they have a pretty good description… obviously they have a little personal drive to get him as well so hopefully some good will come of it.
when/if they catch him, i’m not going to be incredibly shocked when he doesnt have a spare $168.00 dollars to pay me for replacing the window. i only hope the cop who got his car broken into gets a few good shots in on him before he gets put through the useless court system and nothing happens to him. :finger2:
