CRX drag suspension

New to this site… but been lurking around. I just recently picked up a 91 RHD CRX SI and would like to get new suspension. Would like to turn this into a car for the strip. I was thinking omni power drag coilovers and wondered if anyone has had any first hand expirence with these? If not what have you guys used to drag with.

plans for my build is just a boosted b18c1

In for story about that pic, lol.

Talk to mindless. He’s the fastest FWD drag Honda on here from what I can tell.

I have omnipower drag coilovers on my civic now. I absolutely love them. I also am parting out my car so if you’re interested in buying them, shoot me a PM

thanks

story about that pic is… im currently in the army stationed in el paso texas and i dont have a garage to put my little project in… so when i pulled the motor i would just do it while it was in the parking lot. haha my barracks room is my future “garage” for my engine build

as you can see haha

you can run any type of coilover, you dont specifically need “drag” coilovers.

skunk2,megan,d2,koni yello/ground control combo, omni, buddy club, tein, whatever

if you wanna be super siqq slammed jdm yo, the buddy club/megans and koni/gc can go extremely low

Buddyclub dosent make a coilover for our crx’s. I have d2 36 way dampening adjustable coilovers on my crx and they go pretty low. Heres a picture of my car and they still have more room to go down further. I highly recommend them. My car handles awsome.

The type of coilover / spring combination you have is HUGE for drag racing. Using just whatever coilover you want is not always a good idea. Whatever you get, you want to be able to make the back as stiff as possible, so that the car doesn’t squat.

Having a super low car is awful for drag racing though. Do you drag race your car?
