Well here’s some pics from last night. It was a blast. I didn’t get too many action pics cause I was running video camera all night, but you get the idea of the size of the pad.
Getting set up.
When we got there Phil from Budpark told us the paving crew had been working on it THE DAY BEFORE!!! Awesome. This was damn near virgin pavement at the begining of the night, and this first pic was taken within a half hour. Notice the distinct figure 8?
aka. the very same guy who everybody (in this site and 780) was cutting up back in the day about how he doesnt know how to drive cuz he got into accident before

The brand new paved surface isn’t all that hard on tires. No like for example Namao, where it’s very worn so the rocks in the asphalt tear up tires like crazy. It’s very smooth.
