Daily Beef

whoa wait… i think i was mistaken… I am not shitting on degrees or school. i take myself as an exception… I have had a constant teacher all my life for computers… so i already had a good bit of knowledge and experience.

I am going to be heading back to school in the next two years to get my Masters and then right into my Doctorate. Those are the two pieces i need to complete my education to take me where I want to be. This is my plan, and my hard work will get me there. If someone else would do the same, it might not end up the same way.

basic for being successful:

  • Hard Work
  • Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing
  • Check your work twice, and then two more times after that
  • never stop learning
  • never leave a job unfinished

i follow those rules every day of my life, and so far so good.

i consider computers and the like science

wow you are totally off. Get accepted into the Pitt MBA program and proove me wrong. here are there minimum reqs

high MSTAT score
3 years experience in a work place

then from there you have to interview to get into the school

no i’m not off. pitts is a good mba school but mbas aren’t really needed in the pittsburgh job market. i know a few mbas i guess they’re useful if you plan on staying with corporations and working your way up through the ranks without ever being in a sales position. but i know a shit load of guys who got into Duqeusne with no experience, they went the summer after they graduated… i mean really, so they’re 25 with mba’s and no real world experience. those that got jobs have pretty much the same jobs as those without mbas.

And in 3 years those without MBA’s will still have the same job, while those with MBA’s will be their bosses.

so you are recomending that I should hold of getting a MBA in Internet Entrepreneur since I will never need it to pursue my intended career?

It worked for Bill Gates, Mark Cubin, etc… So why waste your time/money Whitey. :dunno:

Mark Cubin was luck… Bill Gates was and still is a pirate. Not knocking how they got where they are… but

third times a charm

Exactly my point, they are exceptions, not the rule. The time and effort to get the education is more of a sure thing.

i know that’s why i said that all along :naughty:

Thats what I’m aiming for… Pitt graduate, + a good GMAT score, + experience in my field…

I hope to get in. IF not, Duq, Point Park, Bucknell, or something else awaits.

ha i just notived i wronte MSTAT… i meant GMAT.

but yeah thats why i am getting my experience now, so i can get into Pitt. lets hope my test scores are good enough

no more sonny rants?

Used to make my day laughing… :frowning:

s0nny sucks

TRUTH and FAIR ENOUGH… enough already okay?

we all know smoking is bad… hell back in the day you smoke a cig and you cough… hmmm maybe all that black smoke i just sucked into my lungs isn’t good for me? now you still cough, and you’re bombarded with death warnings. why don’t you fags make an ad saying not to stick your hand in fire while we’re pointing out the obvious. :madfawk:

so these new ads are quoting ‘big tobacco’ meetings… FROM 1979! can’t wait for the ad in 2050 that talks about a meeting at phillip morris that happened yesterday. and i’m willing to bet that they are nearly entirely funded by cigarette companies… which would make sense bc those ads are more annoying than effective. i just fuckin hate these damn commercials and i really want to find the ppl responsible, hose them, tie them down, and let some big german schweizer ball and gag dude have at them with a car battery and some brillo pads

i’m still a very hateful person…

i know this… but i also havent seen the usual… this fat gargantuan ugly loudmouth at work wonders why she cant loose weight. i look at her desk and she has 2 packages of oreos… becuase shes on a LOW fat diet… type rant in awhile

are the oreo’s reduced fat?
