Well the Prizm finally gave out (rotted frame), so it’s time to find something else for a DD. I would prefer a manual but will consider automatics. Ideally I’d love to get another Prizm/Corolla but also like Camrys (a stick shift Camry would be awesome). Really don’t want to spend more than $4k but just throw something out there if you have something to offer. I’m pretty flexible on most of this, so feel free to post up or PM. Thanks!
Can I buy your Prizm with the broken frame?
Sent you a PM.
treat yourself. get something nice.
I have a white 2001 taurus that is a nice DD only looking for like $1300
As much of a heap that my Prizm is, it kinda grows on you lol.
No, lol.
Got a 5-speed, 4 door '96 Civic with high miles that runs/drives great. $1800, take it away, don’t have the time to deal with selling it…
Easier said than done lol. I have been window shopping for something nice for years, but when the time is right I’ll get something better.
Thanks for the offer, but I’ll probably hold out for something else.
In my pathetic history of car ownership, hands down the most reliable I have ever owned. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.
I put almost 25k miles a year driving so I’d prefer to find something with lower mileage at the moment. But if you have pics ready to send, shoot me a PM. Otherwise don’t worry about it if it’s a hassle.
I know you don’t want to hear it but…
first gen prius.
reliable as hell and 50mpg for those trips back and forth…
I have a lexus SC 400 for sale
2001 Saturn SL1, 110k, Auto, super reliable, runs and drives great with great MPG (already taken it to Rochester 6 times in the 3 months I’ve had it and Massachusetts once). Almost new tires. Would be looking for like $2250
2005 Civic DX, 135k, 5 speed, black. Not the prettiest girl right now (fender is dented). Almost new tires. I Pod connector built in. Would be looking for like $4250ish as it stands. (Over your limit but I figure I’d toss it out there haha)
Just let me know if either of these tickle your DD fancy.
I wish but I know the gas mileage would kill me. Been used to getting 35 MPG for almost 5 years now.
PM sent on the Civic.
Decided to up my budget a little.
Enough for the 2007 Rabbit I posted?
No not enough for the Rabbit…and read one post further, scooped up a Corolla.
Man you love those cars, lol.
Derp
Lol yup! Most people it’s Hondas and their Civics. For me it’s Toyotas and Corollas, just grew up with a Toyota family.
