I was in Vancouver earlier this year and attended a NWN meet in Seattle. It was raining (obviously) and they had about 30 cars there, 7 were skylines (4 R32’s and 3 R33’s), a hand full of silvia’s and 180’s and a bunch of 240’s, 200’s (S12), maximas and others.
Illegal imports piss me off… though since it’s vancouver there is a good chance that some cars are there legally because their owner is here on a work visa from asia.

but i believe all of the R34’s and R33’s on NWN are 100% legal because they are all US cars (registered in the state of washington)
but i’ve seen a EVOIII and couple S15’s with BC plates…
obviously those are illegal… bastards

the states have a 25 year rule. but you CAN make a car conform to american saftey standards…this is why a r32 cost double to tripple in the states.
