CTS is more compareable to the regular grandprix…not the GTP…since the GTP is the step up sportier model.

A4 is not comparable either…its a smaller car…more compareable to the altima, 3-series, etc…
id say its more compareable to the A6 but then the A6 is way more pricy.
so comparing the GTP with audi is not a good idea.
as for the maxima
new Maxima > GTP
you could sorta compare it to the Lincoln LS but the LS is more luxurious… GTP is quicker…handling is similar.
also compareable to the Intrepid
