Darkstar went to the store today, to purchase himself some tasty, wholesome milk.....

:bowrofl:

He might have 3.23s, I believe that was the “performance” axle ratio. If he has 3.23s the 3.42 are a nice step up, but probably not worth the money/effort. If he has 2.73s though the 3.42 is a marked difference and well worth it. Since the rear cradle has to come down anyway, probably a good time for a high stall tc and a shift kit too. :clit:

BTW, the last non-Z (so non-hardened gears) 3.42 diff I sold I got $750 for. I see Z diffs go for $800+. Let me know if you see a Z diff for $500 cuz I’ll buy it on the spot for a spare!

4.10s are kinda pointless unless you’re just drag racing and run ETStreets (or better). C5 diffs are tricky to build so not a lot of shops will even to gear installs for you, so most ppl go with a DTE or something, which is about $1600 for the Stage II. That money can be much better spend somewhere else IMHO.

Aaaaaaaaaaaannyway. MOTHA FUGGIN CONGRATS TO OUR BOY MIKEY!!!
