yeah, the beltway will be just fine. Baltimore too. if its a friday you need to be through DC/baltimore before 2:30pm, 3:30 on any other day of the week.
i drive through DC to williamsburg every 2 weeks… from the north it is never THAT bad… from the south though it can be ridiculous on 95 all the way down to richmond…avoid going north on 95 in the morning at all costs
