just to fill you in…there is a Exxon on Fifth Ave (going away from the city past Penn ave) right before washington blvd starts (there is a 76 caddy-corner from it)
they have $.06 off super on Mon. & Wed.
and i think $.06 off on Plus on Tues.
not a whole lot, but it can save you a little bit if your in the area
anybody else know of any cheap places…cause around here super is up in the $2.10-$2.20 range
I have been using the Giant Eagle gas stations - 2cents a gallon is 2 cents a gallon.
The one next to port authority in West Mifflin is 1.87 for the cheap stuff - I filled up this morning.
BP in Franklin Park is almost $2.30 for the good shit :scared:
2.03 - 2.09 (super) in the southern area of pitts… getting to be too much.

I put gas in the rental for $1.91/gallon this morning… but I only need 87 octane. (And I’ll sticky this).

Gasoline is densest when it is cold and consumers are charged based on volume, not density. Buy gas during the coolest time of day, usually first thing in the morning.
i hate to say it but if you’re just driving a beater/non performance car around just shop at giant eagle and then get gas at their get go, my mom filled up at 80 cents a gallon cuz of the food she buys from there.

every gas station in washington seems to be at 2.19 for super
I saw a few places in Monroeville have Super for 2.12/gallon.
the getgo on 885 has super for 2.01
I won’t buy gas from GetGo, Sheetz, or Walmart. My econo car doesn’t like econo gasoline.
I hate to break it to you, but it’s all the same shit.
Not what I was told… and everytime I’ve gotten gas from someplace other than Sunoco or BP my car has acted up.
